Terms of Service

Draft, last updated July 2026.

1. The service

storecloner converts web pages you own into a Shopify theme package. Every order produces exactly ONE theme zip (plus a verification report) with the pages you ordered built in as templates: the Product page option covers one page, Store starter covers three (Home, Collection, one Product page), and Custom covers the agreed page count under an individual quote confirmed by email within 24 hours. This is a one-off service, not a subscription.

2. Ownership and intellectual property

You may only submit pages whose design, copy, images and other content you own or hold full rights to. Every order requires an explicit ownership attestation, which we store with a timestamp, your IP address and your order. Submitting a site you do not own is a material breach: we cancel the conversion, may withhold refund in cases of deliberate fraud, and will cooperate with the rightful owner. The converted theme belongs to you; we claim no rights over your content.

3. Delivery and refunds

Conversions run through a queue and are typically delivered within hours. Every theme must pass our five-point quality check before delivery. If your conversion fails the check and we cannot fix it, you receive a full refund for that conversion. Delivered themes that pass the check are considered fulfilled.

4. Reasonable limits

An order covers the pages listed on it plus the storefront templates we graft in (product, collection, cart). Extremely large pages, pages behind logins, or pages that actively block automated capture may be refused with a refund. Third-party app widgets require those apps on your store; we reproduce their placement, not their backend.

5. Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the affected conversion. We are not liable for how the theme performs on your store, for revenue outcomes, or for changes Shopify makes to its platform.
